At Eastern Iowa Pet Resort, safety and fun always come first! Our family-owned business is dedicated to providing the best care for your furry friend. Our spacious indoor play area and supervised outdoor play yards are designed with your pet's comfort and safety in mind.
We understand the importance of socialization for dogs. That's why we carefully group our guests based on size, energy level, and play style, ensuring the best experience for all. We want your pup to feel at home, which is why we offer special monthly activities, holiday celebrations, and even birthday parties for them to participate in!
For your pet's safety, we require proof of current vaccinations (DHLP-PV, Rabies, and Bordetella) on file at EIPR before your pup can enter our daycare program. Additionally, all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age to attend.

*PACKAGE EXPIRES AFTER 6 MONTHS. IF YOUR DOG IS NO LONGER A FIT FOR OUR DAYCARE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF REMAINING BALANCE.
Temperament Testing for Daycare
All dogs must pass a temperament test before entering our daycare. This evaluation process takes approximately 2 hours and is essential for us to place your dog in the right play area, designed specifically for their needs.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog for any reason. If a re-evaluation of temperament testing becomes necessary in the future, you will be notified in advance and charged accordingly.
Re-evaluation Policy
If your dog has been absent from daycare for 6 months or more, a re-evaluation of their temperament test will be required before re-entry into the daycare program.
If a dog is deemed not a good fit for our daycare, they must wait 6 months before retesting.
Birthday Pawties
Celebrate your furry friend's special day with us at Eastern Iowa Pet Resort! We offer individual treats and dog-friendly birthday cakes that your pup and their four-legged daycare friends can enjoy. We'll even capture the moment and share pictures on our social media pages for all to see.

Please note that a 48-hour notice is required when booking a pawty. Let us make your dog's birthday celebration one to remember!
Early Drop-off
At Eastern Iowa Pet Resort, we are happy to accommodate early drop-offs for your convenience. However, a $10 early drop-off fee will be applied for pets dropped off before our facility opens. To ensure the best care for your furry friend, we require a 24-hour notice for early drop-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late pick-up
At Eastern Iowa Pet Resort, we understand the importance of timely pick-ups for all our guests. However, in the event that a pet is not picked up before our facility closes, a $20 late pick-up fee will be applied. If the pet is not picked up by 6:15PM, they will be admitted into our overnight lodging for the night and charged accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
ALL Dogs must be current on Bordetella, Distemper/ Parvo and Rabies
If FLEAS are seen, your pet will automatically be treated for an additional charge of $15.

Celebrate Your Pup's Birthday with a Pack Party!
Make your pup's special day even more memorable with a Birthday Pack Party at Eastern Iowa Pet Resort. All of your pup's playgroup friends will join in on the celebration, making it a day to remember.
Treats - Bring in your own choice of treats or treat your pup to one of our delicious pup cakes.
Comfortable Napping - After the festivities, your pup can take a nap in one of our cozy suites, complete with a TV to keep them entertained.
Complimentary Treats - Your pup will receive a complimentary treat during nap time.
Social Media - We'll capture the memories of your pup's big day and share photos on our social media for you to enjoy.
